Congratulations on signing up to exhibit at this year’s Expo!


We are excited to have the Expo back at this amazing venue, The King Kamehameha Golf Club, and look forward to helping you promote your Maui Wedding Business.


Here are all the details…

Vendors must be MWA members to participate. If you are not currently a member, please sign-up at – Membership – Join the MWA today!

  • Vendor set up will be from 6am to 9:30am on Saturday October 12, 2019. All vendors must be ready by 9:30am. Expo will be open to the public from 10am-2pm. Vendors are not allowed to breakdown early and all items must be removed on Saturday, October 12 by 3pm.
  • All vendors must read and agree to the expo terms and conditions upon registration for more details.
  • Not all vendor spaces have access to electricity. If you need electricity, please choose a space close to an outlet along the wall. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.
  • There will NOT be pipe and drape provided for this expo. You are welcome to bring you own backdrop as long as all vendor space requirements per the expo terms and conditions are met.
  • Lunch is included: Up to 2 box lunches per space is included. Please select your lunch choice upon registration. Box lunch includes the following choice of Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, or Tuna Sandwich, Maui Chips, Fresh Baked Cookie, Choice of Bottled Water or Soft Drink (You will be given a Drink Ticket to use at the bar for water or soda). King Kamehameha Golf Club will have additional food available for purchase at Wai Kahe Restaurant as well as a non-hosted cash bar.
  • There are 2 outdoor ceremony sites that will be available to vendors to create a display on a first come first serve basis.

STANDARD VENDOR AREAS: Option for (1) complimentary 6 foot table with white linen and 2 chairs, MUST be requested when registering.

8’X 8′ AREAS: Option for (2) complimentary 6 foot tables with white linen and 4 chairs, MUST be requested when registering

Vendor Spaces #1 to #17: $400.00 (in Waikapu Ballroom)

Vendor Spaces #18 through #26: $450.00 (8’ x 8’ Space in Waikapu Ballroom)

Vendor Spaces #27 (hallway) and #34 to #40: $350.00 (In Ho’oheno Room)

Vendor Spaces #28 to #33:  $450 (8’ x 8’ Space in Hallway/Ho’oheno Room)
